The West Parent Directory helps families connect outside of school for birthday invitations, play dates, classmate communication, and more. Per District 47 policy, the school cannot share classmates' contact information or send personal invitations on behalf of families.

Participation is completely voluntary, and the directory will only be shared with families who choose to participate. Please complete one Google Form for each child, and include only the information you are comfortable sharing. For any section you prefer not to complete, type “n/a.”

The directory is released twice during the school year. The Fall Edition is released in September, and the Winter Edition is released in December or January. Families may submit or update their information before each edition is finalized.
